Exercise Tutorial Volume 1, is a guide to set you up on an exercise routine focused on good quality movements practiced with good quality form.

Why is form so important?

  • Quality of life – better form allows you to continue your fitness regimen and live with fewer aches and pains.

Program details

The exercise tutorial routine is broke into 4 main routines (4 programs) that last 2 to 4 weeks each depending on the individual.

The program(s) are geared to remain simple but add variety as you go along.

Some exercises will stay constant, while others will rotate in and out.

The splits (grouping of daily exercises) change through the programs.

There is a 5th bonus program at the end that is for anyone looking for a little extra.

There are 63 exercises & 5 stretches that are explained via detailed descriptions, with pictures and user tips.

The program would work best in a gym facility. If you have a nice home gym with a barbell set up and varying dumbbells you could do 80% of the exercises; if your home gym also has good bands and places to attach them you could do 90% of the exercises.

Both men and women can successfully use this program.

I've had the great privilege of working with Rob at a fitness facility and I've seen his work, dedication and passion first-hand. It's second to none. This book is a great guide for anyone, but I feel it's a great starting point for people searching for a way to get into a proper routine. This is an excellent tutorial and a good reference book for the various exercises. The nutrition advice is sound and simple, and the basics of posture and core structure are well stated. If you're a beginner, this book is definitely for you. And if you have been at it for a while but need a reference for the basic fitness and strength training exercises, this book is also for you.

This is a great complete workout book. It details all aspects of training with descriptions of movements and form. It also includes many photos showing proper exercise technique. Overall a great training book that helped me tremendously.
This is an excellent workout guide for the beginner to someone experienced due to the thoroughness from nutrition and supplements to workout programs and finally to proper techniques for various moves and stretches. I especially liked the pictures and workout plans as it made it easy to follow with no confusion. This is a great reference guide that I will use often.
